KP500 is a high end, fully automatic, In-Line stencil
printer for high speed any high accuracy applications.
KP500 has user friendly, intuitive software for
fast learning and easy operation of the equipment.
It includes automatic stencil printer cleaning with wet,
dry and vacuum cleaning cycles programmable depending
on type of product being produced. Floating squeegee
holder ensures uniform pressure across the print
area and hence consistent quality. The multi-binary
CCD Vision Alignment module ensures precise alignment
between the PCB and Stencil Printer thereby ensuring accurate
printing consistently. With a cycle time (excluding
print time) of less than 12s, KP500 is an ideal
system for high speed |

KP100 is a stand-alone semi automatic printer for
low to medium volume applications. KP100 has very
high accuracy and repeatability due to the fact
that the PCB Table moves only in 'Z' direction instead
of 'X' thereby never changing alignment with the
stencil. KP100 allows stencil printer of all sizes to be
fixed thanks to the universal stencil printer adapter built-in
on the machine. |
